I am a native of the beautiful State of Oregon, and after a long consulting career in the nuclear industry, my wife and I moved to Charlotte in 2010 to be closer to our two sons and their families. The Charlotte area is an amazing part of the country with much to offer in the way of culture, city life, outdoor recreation, and generally easy living.
It was a natural transition for me to move from consulting into becoming a real estate broker several years ago, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I particularly enjoy taking the time to develop a strong working relationship with my clients and making sure they find the perfect home to meet their personal goals and dreams. After helping a retired school teacher find her dream home recently , she sent me a wonderful thank you card noting…”I am so happy with my new home, and all the time you spent helping me find it……I realize that my home was not a million dollar sale, but you treated me as if it was…..a rare quality in a Real Estate Agent!”
When I am not busy helping my clients, I am active in the local community as a volunteer and mentor, enjoying the lake and other outdoor activities, or just hanging out with friends and family. I am also a voracious reader, a life-long learner, and hold a Ph.D. in Science and Public Policy from George Mason University. I very much look forward to hearing from you soon, so we can work together to find your perfect home!
